Extraction process Our position near the olive groves allows us to have fresh olives and in good condition. Starting with the order by removing leaves and olives then damaged realize cleaning and weighing olives. The extraction process is cold starting with the grinding is followed by kneading of the dough which makes it ready for centrifugation which allows us the separation of oil and water. The preservation in tanks of 15 tons which ensures the proper storage of oils with its properties. |
